Paul,Helen and their fabulous team welcome you to The Greyhound Inn. We will be serving fresh home cooked food, sourced locally wherever possible. In May 2011, Paul left The Greyhound to start The Parks Restaurant in Uttoxeter. Having made a success there he was asked to return to The Greyhound to continue to spread his culinary magic. Working closely with Helen (his wife of 26 years!) and their fabulous team, he prepares fresh, home cooked food of an exceptional standard, in a friendly, welcoming environment. We are a small, family run business; we are proud to be independent and not part of a 'chain'. This allows us to focus on local produce from local providers. For example all our meat comes from Hindles Butchers, Bridle Road in Stafford - quality produce, keeping business local. Restaurant Manager Matthew Eden, and Head Chef Tom Parker lead their teams to support Paul and Helen. The Greyhound Inn is an ideal venue for any function - catering for weddings, christenings, funerals and other special occasions. We can easily accommodate up to 150 for a function - and, in fact, pride ourselves on our ability to cater for large numbers delivering the same quality as we do for small parties.
