The Countryman is a traditional Cornish Pub. Serving food all day (12-9pm) Open mic night the last Wed evening of each month!

We can cater for large and small functions with either pre set menus or the option of our Carvery Function menu. Our restaurant is available for hire and suits small function perfectly and can be made private for you and your guests. We have a large function room for hire also, very close to the bar and this room can also be private, with a patio attached for outside drinks/private smoking area. We can also hold outdoor event with the option to hire a marquee, full bar, dance floors, outdoor seating. (bookings to made far in advance) We have a lovely safe park that has just been maintained to create a safe environment for your children to play whilst you enjoy lunch on the tables placed in the park. We regularly hold open mic nights on a wednesday evening and also provide a themed menu on that night to accompany our normal menu. Please follow us for posts about our other live music and events
